The Northern Michigan Endurance Team was started
in 2004 by Aaron Litzner and Justin Andre both ex-collegiate runners who wanted to "try" something new. The 2004 season proved
that poor navigation and tons of "bonus miles" make races very hard to win. After the 2004 season, NMET devoted some time
to studying Topographical maps and working on land navigation. 2005 was a whole new test.... Who can can keep
up?? With wins in many sprint races, NMET joined with Absolute Endo (Andrew Yaksic, Jessica Yaksic) for the
Expedition Length Michigan Coast to Coast, and Salomon Moosejaw Adventure Rage, where they found themselves on the top of
the podium. In 2006 NMET along with Absolute Endo picked up sponsorship from Team Infitterra Sports.
